First of all, we need to explain the importance of replacing your wiper blades, since it’s one of the most overlooked services. Rain, snow, and debris inhibit you from seeing the road ahead, so what do you do? Well, you turn on your windshield wiper blades! Unfortunately, over time they take a beating and may acquire cracks or chips in the rubber, wearing down to the metal. If this happens, you run the risk of scratching your windshield, and that’s far more expensive to replace. Don’t worry! There are a few ways to find out if you’re in need of a replacement. Streaks across the windshield are one of the most common signs, but you can examine your wiper blades further by picking them up and checking for any deformities in the rubber. If so, it’s definitely time to visit our Service Department for a replacement!
